Drawing by clouds

Who, as a kid, lying in a meadow, didn’t let loose his imagination to recognize animals’shapes in the clouds slowly drifting by.

What we see is generated by our imagination and it explains why often those around you fail to recognize the same silhouettes.

Growing up some find easier to appreciate more abstract forms in landscapes and cloudscapes.

Watching how the crisscrossing condensation trails of jet airplanes casually combine with natural cloud formations, it came to my mind how fantastic and most challenging would it be to use the sky as a giant canvas or, more appropriately, to sculpt it with artificial clouds.

Nothing more ephemeral and yet so rewarding.
