They are not meant to host anything.
Or, most probably, they make themselves available just in case.
An empty wall becomes a promise of more to come.
The size of the frames and their overall distribution on the wall is defined and an electrical connection is provided for each frame.
Today this is a conceptual arrangement.
Tomorrow there might be more.
