WINDOWS & GHOSTS ON THE WALLS

While I was designing for Tupperware their new facilities in Milan, I had quite a refreshing exchange of ideas with their steering commitee on effective ways to communicate to their staff the ongoing changes in organisation reflected in space planning.

the unconventional idea took hold to invite selected representatives of their staff to visit the new facilities while construction was still underway and to focus the visitors’ attention on novelties in space distribution and partitioning, and audio-visual equipments by presenting the yet uncompleted works and systems’ predispositions as if they were art installations.
